About the role
As a Sales & Project Coordinator, you are the spider in the web between customers, salespeople, and internal functions. You work closely with our Area Sales Managers and are responsible for coordinating projects, managing orders, and providing first-class service to our customers and resellers. The role involves significant responsibility and close collaboration with colleagues in sales, technology, production, purchasing, logistics, and finance - all based in Eskilstuna.
Your main responsibilities:
- Register orders and prepare quotes.
- Provide customer support to existing customers and resellers.
- Review inquiry documents, select optimal products, and create quotes together with the sales team.
- Prepare technical and commercial documents related to quotes and orders.
- Drive customer projects internally and ensure delivery according to plan.
- Manage price list adjustments and updates in our CRM system, as well as handle complaints and provide solution-oriented support.

We are looking for you
As a Sales & Project Coordinator, you have a broad contact surface internally and are involved in many different tasks. This can involve doing business with our customers, coordinating or leading internal project meetings, participating in trade fairs, or accompanying the salesperson on customer visits. The most important thing is that you have a positive attitude, are flexible, and ready to support our internal functions when needed.
- Have experience in administrative work within sales or project coordination.
- Be structured, meticulous, and enjoy having an active role.
- Have technical understanding and interest in industrial products.
- Be communicative and service-oriented - you enjoy creating satisfied customers.
- Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, as well as experience with business systems and CRM.

The company Alvenius was founded in Eskilstuna, Sweden in 1951. The company early on began delivering steel pipe systems to international mining companies and construction projects around the world. Today we have about 60 employees in Eskilstuna.
Our success has been based on our spiral-welded, pressure vessel-classified Swedish steel pipes. The superior steel quality allows us to make the pipe walls thin, yet robust. The spiral welding technology ensures that our pipes remain straight.
